The Crisis Management Industry Exhibition was held at Big Sight from October 11th to 13th, 2023. Among them, Infocom Co., Ltd. featured Malawi coffee as a novelty item at their exhibition table.
Infocom provides a service that helps leaders maintain accurate information and smoothly think about how to continue business when a company faces a crisis such as a natural disaster.
We are also working with Infocom Inc. on a service called Lookat, which provides visibility into companies’ SDG initiatives, and we were also introduced to Warm Hearts Coffee Club, a donation-based coffee brand run by NPO Seibo.
An indicator called “Social Meter” can show what specific SDG initiatives are being implemented and what results are being achieved, and this information can be shared within the company and, if necessary, outside the company.
