Tokushima and Malawi to Spread its International Initiative
Date:2025.09.23

NPO Seibo, in collaboration with Tokushima Municipal High School, is carrying out school meal support activities in Malawi, Africa. With the help of young people, they are delivering warm meals to children on the ground.

High school students’ passion drives the initiative
Led by Mr. Okusa and Mr. Kitani from Tokushima Municipal High School, students use handmade materials to share the realities of life in Malawi with their local community.
Their enthusiastic efforts have garnered widespread support and contributed to the success of fundraising activities. At the Osaka Expo, they also actively promoted support for Malawi and shared its appeal with a wider audience.

Supporting the future through school meals
The funds raised are used to provide school meals in Malawi, improving children’s nutritional status and creating an environment where they can focus on their studies.
This initiative plays a vital role in supporting the children’s first steps toward a brighter future.

Passing hope to the next generation
NPO Seibo supports this activity as an opportunity for young people to deepen their international understanding.
Through the experiences and lessons they gain abroad, it is hoped that they will pass the baton of hope to the next generation.
