On December 20, Seibo held a sales event at Shinjuku Central Park, offering Malawian coffee, tea, and chocolate.
As the event was organized with a strong awareness of the SDGs, many visitors asked thoughtful and insightful questions about topics such as the conditions of coffee plantations in Malawi, the background of partnerships with chocolate farmers, and transportation methods.
Currently, Seibo has begun selling Malawian chocolate at events, providing it alongside coffee and tea.
This event marked the first time a Seibo event in Tokyo combined the themes of the SDGs and chocolate.

On the day of the event, we were also able to engage with many people by using coffee models and Malawi information materials designed with illustrations for children.
Seibo has previously received an Eco Award from Shinjuku City, and we hope to continue developing activities that are mindful of ecology and environmental sustainability.
