On July 3, 2025, Seibo conducted a lecture at the Ritsumeikan University Biwako Kusatsu Campus. Organized by the International Affairs Department, the event featured discussions on Malawi’s school meal support, the mechanisms of social business, and a panel discussion with students.

It was our first engagement in Shiga Prefecture, and we were honored to meet students who are deeply interested in international relations and cooperation. Being near Lake Biwa reminded us of Lake Malawi’s significance, and we appreciated working in such a richly water-surrounded environment.
