Kiwanis Kobe Presentation 2025
Date:2025.10.01

On September 10, 2025, Seibo had the honor of giving a lecture at the Kobe Kiwanis Club.
This opportunity was kindly introduced to us by Marist International School in Suma, Kobe.

The lecture focused on how supporting children in Malawi from Japan can create meaningful connections with a country known as the “Warm Hearts of Africa,” even amid the conflicts occurring across Africa as its population continues to grow. More than simply providing aid, our activities aim to encourage the next generation of Japan to take an active role in shaping the future of the world.

Currently, Seibo works in partnership with approximately ten schools in the Kansai region, mainly in Kobe, Kyoto, Osaka, and Mie. Through these collaborations, we have developed a model that allows Japan’s next generation to learn about the new forms of richness found in Malawi, and to contribute to local food systems and education by using products that originate there.

With the support and active involvement of the members of Kiwanis, who foster and practice a spirit of service around the world, we are helping to connect the present and future generations. This collaboration is also leading to the creation of a shared global vision for the future through school lunch programs.

Previously, Seibo also had the opportunity to give a lecture at the Kiwanis Chiyoda Club.
We will continue to expand our activities and build a circle of international support that transcends generations.
