On October 22, 2026, Seibo had the honor of serving Irish Coffee crafted with Malawian coffee at the Embassy of Ireland!
It was a wonderful opportunity to introduce this unique flavor profile to our guests while raising awareness for the school meal program we support in Malawi.

By pairing Irish whiskey with Malawian coffee and a touch of sugar, then topping it with cream, we created beautifully defined layers. The rich depth of the coffee, combined with the body and smooth finish of the whiskey, delivered a wonderfully rich flavor profile!
