At Hikarigaoka Girls’ High School, Seibo collaborated with students to sell Malawian coffee along with freshly baked cookies. This marked the very first time cookies were sold at the school!

By incorporating both dark-roast Malawian liquid coffee and coffee grounds into the dough before baking, we crafted cookies packed with a rich, deeply satisfying coffee flavor.

The coffee was once again a huge hit among parents who purchase it at the school every year. Offering cookies alongside the coffee also boosted overall coffee sales, encouraging many visitors to pick up both. We believe this hands-on success provided a wonderful boost of confidence for the students involved.

Looking ahead, we plan to expand our cookie lineup to include tea flavors! Soon, we will be introducing Malawian tea cookies infused with the gentle, soothing fragrance of Earl Grey.
