At the private school Joushi Sei Gakuin Junior and Senior High School, we received support through coffee sales. After discussing Malawi’s poverty issues, the added value of school meal support on-site, and the ways Japan can contribute, we involved volunteer students from the student council.

This time, the support came through coffee sales at the school festival, but we hope to deepen this engagement in the future, including online exchanges with Malawi.

Proceeds from this event contributed approximately 4,000meals to school lunches on-site. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
