On the morning of the 28th of May, Seibo participated in the Akabane Church Bazaar- an annual event organised by the Tokyo-based parish committee. Thanks to the generous donations of the people of the Akabane area, Seibo raised enough funds to provide 4,130 meals for school feeding in Malawi.
Every coffee bean purchased provides employment in Malawi amongst local growers and the cycle of good continues in Japan when donations received for coffee purchased is then sent back to Malawi to provide school meals.
