On September 19, 2026, the NPO Seibo participated in the “International Peace Week × Africa Day: Discover Africa through West Africa” event, co-hosted by the Hyogo UNICEF Association and other organizations at “Tamatsu no Tsudoi-ba Tamarotto,” where they showcased Malawian tea and coffee. As part of the booth program celebrating Africa’s diverse cultures and daily life, Seibo offered generous samples of Malawian tea to many visitors.

Through these tastings, visitors were able to directly experience the rich flavor and aroma unique to tea cultivated in Malawi’s pristine natural environment. Enjoying a cup of tea served as a meaningful gateway for attendees to reflect on the history and culture of local tea cultivation, making the booth a valuable opportunity to deepen understanding of Africa and foster awareness of peace through culinary culture.
